Everyone agrees we need more farmers to serve the growing demand for organic and local food. These folks are actually doing something about it.

Three-quarters of our health care spending goes to treat chronic diseases that are preventable with life-style and diet changes. Food should be an important part of the health care reform debate, but it isn’t. Let’s reform our diet and our health care will take care of itself.
